We base our on-site service around three service agreements: Basic, Standard and Advanced.

Basic An engineer would be on-site within an agreed time scale, normally 8 hours but can be 2, 4 or 16 hours. Engineers time is covered with agreement.

Standard As above but we cover the costs of repairs as well as time.

Advanced As with above but we provide loan equipment also if it is not possible to repair on-site.

The above services are based on one-year agreements.
