It is vital that you package your item correctly before sending it to us ? we do not accept any responsibility for badly packaged items. NEVER assume that your laptop carry case will be adequate packaging ? it won?t be.

The best way to package items is to use a box that is approximately 6 inches larger than the item(s) you are sending. Wrap your item in bubble wrap (at least 2 inches thick), and wrap each item individually ? It may take longer but it will provide much better protection.

Place the item in the box and use shredded or crumpled paper, more bubble wrap or polystyrene pieces to fill all the voids around your item. Finally, make sure you seal your parcel well with carton tape ? don?t use ordinary sellotape as it is not strong enough.
