Out of warranty
All out of warranty repairs incur a minimum charge of £45 including VAT. This is payable when booking in your product through our secure server. This will cover diagnosis, and in many cases the problem will be resolved. If however additional work/parts are required, we will contact you before we proceed.
Our workshop rate after diagnosis is £65 per hour.

Under warranty
If a product is under warranty then the repair will be free from charge.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, system software problems or application software. If you are unsure, please contact us via our contact us page for confirmation or Am I still under warranty? area to confirm period of cover.
