Home Support
As a home user we also recognise there may be times when it just makes sense to
call in the experts. Our Home User rates, make it affordable for individuals, with no more than 3 machines, to benefit
from our extremely competitive rates.
Our Informal Support Agreement allows you to have direct access to our support
desk. Your call will be given priority and allocated to a specialist as
required.
The Informal Support Agreement provides:
❯ Direct number through to the support desk*
❯ Remote desktop support.
❯ 3 day on-site support response.
❯ Online problem reporting, with trackable progress.
❯ Access to Workshop Repair.
There are two rates of charging for informal support contracts:
Advance Time Purchase
Purchase 2 hours of time in advance @ £48 costing £96 in total.
Support time is recorded per minute, and required to be topped up to 2 hours,
when the time balance falls below 15 minutes.
Ad Hoc Time
Purchase hours of time when needed @ £66 per hour
Support time is recorded in 15 minute blocks.
* The support desk is available Monday to Friday between 9am and 5.15pm
(excluding bank holidays).
